### **1. Return Eligibility**

You can request a return or exchange within **4 days of receiving your order**, provided that:

* You present the **original purchase slip or invoice**.

* The product is **unused**, **unopened**, and in its **original packaging**.

* The product is in **resalable condition** with all labels, accessories, and tags intact.

**Returns will not be accepted** if:

* The item has been used, damaged, or altered.

* The original invoice/receipt is missing.

* The request is made after 4 days of delivery.

### **2. Non-Returnable Items**

For hygiene and quality reasons, some stationary and art supplies are **non-returnable**, including:

* Opened pens, pencils, markers, or refills

* Notebooks, sketchbooks, or papers that have been written on

* Customized or special-order items

* Clearance or discounted sale items

### **3. Return & Exchange Process**

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our support team within 4 days of receiving your parcel.

2. Provide your **order number** and **original invoice**.

3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

4. Once approved, return the item via the courier service instructed by our support team.

Please note:

* Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

* If a replacement is not available, a **refund or store credit** will be issued.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within **5–7 working days**.

Refunds will be issued through:

* The **original payment method** (for prepaid orders), or

* **Cash refund/store credit** (for Cash on Delivery orders).
